FRIED CRISPY KARELA

INGREDIENTS:
Karela ( Bitter gourd) : 1/2 kg
Salt : As Required
Red Chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice : To Taste
Oil : To Fry
RECIPE:
Peel of the karela,cut in thin slices,add some Salt and washout this.
Squeeze Water of karela by hands then heat up OIl.
Fry this karela till light golden and crispy.
Sprinkle Some Salt & Red Chili Powder on it.
Squeeze little Lemon juice on it.
Eat it with Daal Chawal & Pickle.
