Date Semolina Bars

Ingredients:
Dates (without Seeds):1 Cup (mashed)
Sugar: 1/2 Cup
Condensed milk: 2 tbsp
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Semolina : 1 Cup
RECIPE:
Heat Ghee then add Semolina, fry till light brown.
Now add Sugar, Dates, mix it well.
Now add condensed Milk and mix it fast.
In greased tray spread this mixture and cut it in squares.
Now Keep to cool on room Temperature.
