CUMIN RICE

INGREDIENTS:
Rice(soaked) : 500 gms
Salt : To Taste
Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
Cloves : 3-4
Chicken stock : 1 Cube
Oil : 1/3 Cup
RECIPE:
Heat Oil, add Cumin Seeds & Cloves, fry for 2 minutes.
Now add 1 & 1/2 Glass of Water,add Salt, Chicken Cube.
Take a boil then cook it for 7-8 minutes on high flame then keep flame slow for more 10 minutes with cover on dumm.
