CRISPY PARATHA

INGREDIENTS:
Flour : 1/2 kg
Salt : 1 pinch
Water : as required
Ghee: To fry
RECIPE:
Squeeze Flour, knead soft dough by Water, take aside for 1/2 an hour.
Make round balls of flour, then rollout it by rolling, put 1 tsp Ghee, fold it then again rolling out this.
Put this paratha on Flat Pan when getting cook put 1tbsp Ghee and turn this side when getting brown turn again and fry till golden brown byTong.
Serve with Tea or Cream.
