CRISPY PARATHA


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Flour : 1/2 kg

  2. Salt : 1 pinch

  3. Water : as required

  4. Ghee: To fry

RECIPE:
  • Squeeze Flour, knead soft dough by Water, take aside for 1/2 an hour.

  • Make round balls of flour, then rollout it by rolling, put 1 tsp Ghee, fold it then again rolling out this.

  • Put this paratha on Flat Pan when getting cook put 1tbsp Ghee and turn this side when getting brown turn again and fry till golden brown byTong.

  • Serve with Tea or Cream.
