Crispy French Fries.

INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes: 250gm
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Corn flour : 1 tbsp
Oil : To fry
RECIPE:
Peel off the Potatoes.
Cut in julienne.
Wash and drain.
When completely drained.
Sprinkle Salt & Corn Flour.
Heat Oil and Fry this Potatoes till light golden.
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
