INGREDIENTS:
Chicken: 6 pieces
Salt : 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder : 2 tsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce : 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce : 1 tbsp
Eggs (beaten ) 2-3
Corn Flour : 1/2 Cup
Flakes (crushed ) : 1/2 cup
Oil : To Fry
RECIPE:
Marinate all ingredients on Chicken pieces.
Take aside for 2 hours
Heat Oil, Beat Eggs, Dip Chicken Pieces in Eggs then fold with Corn Flour and Flakes.Again dip in Eggs .
Fry all pieces in hot Oil on medium flame till golden brown & fully cooked.
Serve hot with French Fries & Tomato Ketchup.
