Crispy Broast

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken: 6 pieces

  2. Salt : 1 tsp

  3. Black Pepper Powder : 2 tsp

  4. Vinegar : 1 tbsp

  5. Chili Sauce : 2 tbsp

  6. Soya Sauce : 1 tbsp

  7. Eggs (beaten ) 2-3

  8. Corn Flour : 1/2 Cup

  9. Flakes (crushed ) : 1/2 cup

  10. Oil : To Fry

RECIPE:

  • Marinate all ingredients on Chicken pieces.

  • Take aside for 2 hours

  • Heat Oil, Beat Eggs, Dip Chicken Pieces in Eggs then fold with Corn Flour and Flakes.Again dip in Eggs .

  • Fry all pieces in hot Oil on medium flame till golden brown & fully cooked.

  • Serve hot with French Fries & Tomato Ketchup.
