COCONUT PINEAPPLE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
All Purpose Flour : 2 Cups
Eggs : 4
Oil : 1 Cup
Coconut (crushed ) : 11/2 Cups
Sugar (chopped) : 11/2 cups
Vanilla Essence : 2 tsp
Pineapple ( chopped) : 11/2 Cups
Milk : 2 tbsp
Icing :
Icing Sugar : 1 Cup
Pineapple Juice : 2 tbsp
Butter : 2 tsp
Topping:
Coconut (crushed & roast): 4 tbsp
RECIPE:
Beat Eggs, Oil, Vanilla Essence, Sugar with Electric Beater.
Add Pineapple & Coconut, fold it.
Now add All Purpose Flour, Milk and fold it again.
Pour this mixture in grease Mould and bake for 45 minutes in peated Oven of 180c.
In Bowl take Butter,Pineapple Juice, Icing Sugar, mix & melt it in Microwave Oven for 30 seconds, Mix it again and pour on Cake and set it.
In the end garnish the Cake with Coconut.
