Coconut Cream Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (boneless) : 1/2 kg
Coconut Cream : 1 cup
Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp
Whole Red Chili : 3-4
Salt : To Taste
Garlic ( chopped): 1/2 tbsp.
Ginger (chopped) : 1 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp.
Butter : 1 tbsp.
Green Chilies (chopped) : 2
Lemon juice : 1/2 tbsp.
Fish Sauce : 1 tsp
Sugar : 1 tsp
RECIPE:
In a Saucepan ,add Chicken, Salt, Green chilies, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut Cream & half cup of Water, cook it till chicken ready & water will dry but cream will not finished.
On Tawa roast Whole Red Chili & seeds,
Heat up Oil and cook these spices for 2-3 minutes then add Creamy Chicken, cook again for 10 minutes on slow flame then add Lemon Juice, Fish Sauce, Sugar, Butter, mix it and switch off the flame
Serve hot with boiled Rice.
