Coconut Cream Chicken


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken (boneless) : 1/2 kg

  2. Coconut Cream : 1 cup

  3. Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  4. Coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  5. Whole Red Chili : 3-4

  6. Salt : To Taste

  7. Garlic ( chopped): 1/2 tbsp.

  8. Ginger (chopped) : 1 tsp

  9. Oil : 2 tbsp.

  10. Butter : 1 tbsp.

  11. Green Chilies (chopped) : 2

  12. Lemon juice : 1/2 tbsp.

  13. Fish Sauce : 1 tsp

  14. Sugar : 1 tsp

RECIPE:
  • In a Saucepan ,add Chicken, Salt, Green chilies, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut Cream & half cup of Water, cook it till chicken ready & water will dry but cream will not finished.

  • On Tawa roast Whole Red Chili & seeds,

  • Heat up Oil and cook these spices for 2-3 minutes then add Creamy Chicken, cook again for 10 minutes on slow flame then add Lemon Juice, Fish Sauce, Sugar, Butter, mix it and switch off the flame

  • Serve hot with boiled Rice.
