Chicken Vinegar


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken (whole) : 1

  2. Salt : 1 tsp

  3. Red Chili Powder : 2 tsp

  4. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp

  5. Vinegar : 1/2 Cup

  6. Gram Masala : 1 tsp

  7. Oil : 3/4 Cup

RECIPE:
  • In a Bowl add Salt ,chili Powder, Gram masala, Ginger Garlic Paste, Vinegar mix it Well.

  • Spread this mixture on the Whole Chicken and marinate it for 2-4 hours.

  • In a wide pot add Oil, heat up it. Put marinated Whole Chicken on it, cook it for 1/2 an hour then turn it again cook it for 1/2 an hour till Oil become on front.

  • When serving it, cut it in pieces, serve with boiled Rice or Naans.
