CHICKEN SUKHA


INGREDIETS:
  1. Chicken : 1/2 kg

  2. Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp

  3. Salt : To taste

  4. Black Pepper : 1 tsp

  5. Coriander Powder : 2 tsp

  6. Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp

  7. Green Chili ( chopped) : 4-6

  8. Curry leaves : 4-5

  9. Coconut Powder : 2 tbsp.

  10. Onions (medium) : 1

  11. Yogurt : 1/2 cup

  12. Oil : 1/2 Cup

RECIPE:
  • Thin Slice the Onion, heat up Oil, add Onion, sauté it.

  • Now add Curry leaves ,Mustard Seeds & fry it.

  • Include Green Chilies and Yogurt cover it to cook then add all spices, mix it. cook more 10 minutes on slow flame then dish out it.
