CHICKEN ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (boneless):300gm
Carrot (julienne cut) : 1
Cabbage (chopped) :1
Green Onion (chopped) : 1
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper : 1 tsp
Soya Sauce : 1 tsp
Chili Sauce : 2 tsp
Egg (beaten) : 1
Oil : To fry
Roll sheet : as required
RECIPE:
Boil and shredded chicken.
add all Salt, Pepper, Sauces, vegetables, mix it.
Take a Roll sheet of triangle shape and keep 1 tbsp mixture of Chicken on it, roll it by covering top and bottom, stick the corner with egg by brush.
Heat up Oil, fry rolls till golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce.
