CHICKEN FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (boneless) : 350 gms (cubed)
Rice : 500gms
Capsicum (chopped) : 1
Carrots (chopped) : 1
Cabbage (sliced) : 1
Peas (boiled) :1/2 a Cup
Green Onions (chopped) : 4
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper : 1/2 tsp
Rec Chili Flakes : 1 tsp
Soya Sauce : 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Sauce : 1/2 tsp
Vinegar : 1 tsp
Eggs (beaten) : 2
Oil : 4 tbsp
RECIPE:
Soaked & boiled Rice,drain out it.
In 1 tbsp Oil stir fry Chicken
Heat up 2 tbsp Oil, stir fry all vegetables.
Add Salt, Pepper, Chili,sauces in Vegetables &mix it.
Fry Eggs with little Salt in 1 tbsp OIl.
Mix Rice ,Chicken, Vegetables,add fried Eggs.
Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or Garlic Sauce.
