INGREDIENTS :

MARINATION:
  1. Chicken (boneless, cubes) : 500 gms

  2. Salt : To Taste

  3. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp

  4. Chaat Masala : 1/2 tsp

  5. Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 tsp

  6. Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp

  7. Coriander Powder : 1/2 tsp

  8. Garlic paste : 1 tsp

  9. Corn Flour : 2 tbsp

  10. Rice Flour : 2 tbsp

  11. Oil : To Fry

FOR SAUCE:
  1. Oil : 2 tbsp

  2. Garlic (chopped) : 1 tsp

  3. Curry Leaves : 8

  4. Green Chilis : 4

  5. Garlic Sauce : 1/2 Cup

  6. Soya Sauce : 1 tbsp

  7. Water : 1/4 Cup

RECIPE:
  • Marinate all ingredients with Chicken for 1 an hour.

  • Heat up Oil, fry chicken cubes for 5 minutes.

  • In a pan heat 2 tbsp Oil, then add Garlic, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Garlic Sauce, Soya Sauce and Water,cook for 1 minute then add fried Chicken,mix well.

  • Serve with Cumin Rice.
