INGREDIENTS :
MARINATION:
Chicken (boneless, cubes) : 500 gms
Salt : To Taste
Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
Chaat Masala : 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder : 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Corn Flour : 2 tbsp
Rice Flour : 2 tbsp
Oil : To Fry
FOR SAUCE:
Oil : 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) : 1 tsp
Curry Leaves : 8
Green Chilis : 4
Garlic Sauce : 1/2 Cup
Soya Sauce : 1 tbsp
Water : 1/4 Cup
RECIPE:
Marinate all ingredients with Chicken for 1 an hour.
Heat up Oil, fry chicken cubes for 5 minutes.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp Oil, then add Garlic, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Garlic Sauce, Soya Sauce and Water,cook for 1 minute then add fried Chicken,mix well.
Serve with Cumin Rice.
