INGREDIENTS:
MARINATION:
Chicken : 8 Pieces
Yogurt : 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp.
Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tbsp.
Salt : 1 tsp
Red Chili Paste : 1 tbsp.
Kachri powder : 1 tbsp.
Turmeric Powder : 1/2
Gram Masala Powder : 1 tsp.
Oil : To Fry
FOR CURRY:
Ghee : 1/2 Cup
Ginger (thin chopped slices): 1 tbsp.
Green Chilies : 8-10
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1tbsp.
Chat Masala : 1 tsp
Yogurt : 1/2 Cup
Salt : To Taste
Green Coriander leaves : To Garnishing
RECIPE:
Marinate Chicken with all spices for 6- 8 hours.
Now shallow fry Chicken In Oil.
Heat up Ghee, Fry Green Chilies and bring out it.
Add Salt, Ginger Garlic paste & Yogurt in Ghee. cook till Water dry.
Now add fried chicken, cook till chicken will completely cooked.
Now dry its Water. add fried Chilies, Lemon juice & Chat Masala and cook it for dumm for 5 minutes.
Then dish out it & garnish with Ginger and Coriander leaves.
