CHARGHA KADRAHAI


INGREDIENTS:

MARINATION:

  1. Chicken : 8 Pieces

  2. Yogurt : 1/2 Cup

  3. Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp.

  4. Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tbsp.

  5. Salt : 1 tsp

  6. Red Chili Paste : 1 tbsp.

  7. Kachri powder : 1 tbsp.

  8. Turmeric Powder : 1/2

  9. Gram Masala Powder : 1 tsp.

  10. Oil : To Fry

FOR CURRY:

  1. Ghee : 1/2 Cup

  2. Ginger (thin chopped slices): 1 tbsp.

  3. Green Chilies : 8-10

  4. Ginger Garlic Paste : 1tbsp.

  5. Chat Masala : 1 tsp

  6. Yogurt : 1/2 Cup

  7. Salt : To Taste

  8. Green Coriander leaves : To Garnishing

RECIPE:
  • Marinate Chicken with all spices for 6- 8 hours.

  • Now shallow fry Chicken In Oil.

  • Heat up Ghee, Fry Green Chilies and bring out it.

  • Add Salt, Ginger Garlic paste & Yogurt in Ghee. cook till Water dry.

  • Now add fried chicken, cook till chicken will completely cooked.

  • Now dry its Water. add fried Chilies, Lemon juice & Chat Masala and cook it for dumm for 5 minutes.

  • Then dish out it & garnish with Ginger and Coriander leaves.
