INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (boneless cubes) : 500gm
Green Onions : 250 gm
Capsicum (green & red): 250 gm
Salt : 1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed): 1 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 1 tsp
Yogurt : 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp.
RECIPE:
Heat up Oil, add Chicken cues for 5 minutes, then add Garlic paste, cook more 2 minutes.
Now add all spices & Yogurt, cook till dry then add Capsicum & Green part of onion.
cook for 10-15 minutes then sprinkle Garam masala Powder and switch off the flame.
Serve with Boiled rice or chapaties.
