BHUNA GOSHT


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton : 1 kg

  2. Salt : 1 tsp

  3. Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp

  4. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp

  5. Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp

  6. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp

  7. Garam Masala (whole) : 1 tbsp

  8. Yogurt : 250 gms

  9. Onions (sliced) : 350 gms

  10. Oil : 1 Cup

  11. Green Chilies : 3-4

  12. Coriander Leaves : 1/2 bunch

RECIPE:
  • Heat up Oil include Garam Masala (Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Cloves, Black Cardamom,Bay leaf) fry it.

  • Now add all spices, Ginger Garlic paste and Yogurt, cook to leave Oil then add Mutton cook more 5 minutes then add Onions mix it.

  • Add 2 Glasses of Water and cook it for 2 hours,check meat if ready dry all Water and Oil will come on Surface.

  • Dishout this and garnish with Green Chiles and Coriander Leaves.

  • Serve with Hot Naans or Boiled Rice.
