INGREDIENTS:
Mutton : 1 kg
Salt : 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp
Garam Masala (whole) : 1 tbsp
Yogurt : 250 gms
Onions (sliced) : 350 gms
Oil : 1 Cup
Green Chilies : 3-4
Coriander Leaves : 1/2 bunch
RECIPE:
Heat up Oil include Garam Masala (Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Cloves, Black Cardamom,Bay leaf) fry it.
Now add all spices, Ginger Garlic paste and Yogurt, cook to leave Oil then add Mutton cook more 5 minutes then add Onions mix it.
Add 2 Glasses of Water and cook it for 2 hours,check meat if ready dry all Water and Oil will come on Surface.
Dishout this and garnish with Green Chiles and Coriander Leaves.
Serve with Hot Naans or Boiled Rice.
