BHOPALI ROTI


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Wheat Flour : 1 1/2 Cups

  2. Rice Flour : 1/2 Cup

  3. Ghee : 2 tbsp

  4. Salt : To Taste

  5. Cumin Seeds Powder (roasted) : 1 tsp

  6. Saffron Powder : 1 tsp

  7. Cashew Nuts(chopped): 3 tbsp

  8. Green Chilies (fine chopped) : 2

  9. Coriander Leaves (fine chopped): 3 tbsp

  10. Ghee : To Fry

RECIPE:

  • Squeeze both Flours together,add Salt, Ghee mix well.

  • Now add Cumin Seeds powder, Cashew Nuts Powder, Saffron Powder,Green Chilies, Coriander leaves .

  • Knead Dough of this mixture with water,take aside for 1 an hour.

  • Now make small balls of this dough,roll balls by rolling and make round roti of 6 inch.

  • Heat up Tawa,put Roti, when one side cook turn this, add Ghee on it and its round sides,fry Roti till Golden Brown from both sides.

  • Serve it hot.
