INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Flour : 1 1/2 Cups
Rice Flour : 1/2 Cup
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Salt : To Taste
Cumin Seeds Powder (roasted) : 1 tsp
Saffron Powder : 1 tsp
Cashew Nuts(chopped): 3 tbsp
Green Chilies (fine chopped) : 2
Coriander Leaves (fine chopped): 3 tbsp
Ghee : To Fry
RECIPE:
Squeeze both Flours together,add Salt, Ghee mix well.
Now add Cumin Seeds powder, Cashew Nuts Powder, Saffron Powder,Green Chilies, Coriander leaves .
Knead Dough of this mixture with water,take aside for 1 an hour.
Now make small balls of this dough,roll balls by rolling and make round roti of 6 inch.
Heat up Tawa,put Roti, when one side cook turn this, add Ghee on it and its round sides,fry Roti till Golden Brown from both sides.
Serve it hot.
