INGREDIENTS:
GRAM FLOUR : 250 gms
Oil : 1/2 Cup
Onion : 2
Salt : To Taste
Red Chili Powder : 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : tsp
Yogurt : 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped ): 1tb sp
Green chili ( chopped ): 1
Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp
RECIPE:
Blend Onion, make thick puree.
Heat up Oil, pour onion puree add Salt,Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, mix well.
Now add Ginger Garlic Paste and yogurt,cook till water dry.
Now pour 2 Glasses of Water and cook it for 15 minutes.
In a Bowl take Gram Flour,add little Salt, Green chili, 1 tbsp Oil,make thick smooth Paste with Water.
Grease a Plastic Tray, pour this mixture, make a thick layer.
Bake in microwave for 5 minutes, cut in thick slices.cool it on room temperature,
Now put this slices in Gravy and switch off the flame.
sprinkle Coriander Leaves and Garam Masala Powder.
Serve with Chapatis.
