BENGALI TOMATO SAUCE


INGREDIENTS :
  1. Tomatoes (sliced) : 6

  2. Ginger (chopped) : 2" piece

  3. Whole Red Chili : 2-4

  4. Nigella Seeds : 1 tsp

  5. Raisins : 25 gms

  6. Salt : 1 pinch

  7. Sugar : 1/4 Cup

  8. Mustard Oil : 1 tsp

  9. Coriander Leaves (chopped): 1 tbsp

RECIPE:
  • Heat up Mustard Oil, add Whole Red Chilies and Nigella Seeds, fry it.

  • Now add Ginger and Tomatoes,cook for 5 minutes then reduce Tomatoe's water on high flame.

  • Add Salt, Sugar,Raisin and cook more 5 minutes on slow flame.

  • Now sprinkle Coriander Leaves, serve it.
