BENGALI TOMATO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS :
Tomatoes (sliced) : 6
Ginger (chopped) : 2" piece
Whole Red Chili : 2-4
Nigella Seeds : 1 tsp
Raisins : 25 gms
Salt : 1 pinch
Sugar : 1/4 Cup
Mustard Oil : 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped): 1 tbsp
RECIPE:
Heat up Mustard Oil, add Whole Red Chilies and Nigella Seeds, fry it.
Now add Ginger and Tomatoes,cook for 5 minutes then reduce Tomatoe's water on high flame.
Add Salt, Sugar,Raisin and cook more 5 minutes on slow flame.
Now sprinkle Coriander Leaves, serve it.
