BAKED VEGETABLE EGG CUPS


INGREDIENTS :
  1. Tomatoes (fine chopped) : 2

  2. Capsicum (fine chopped) : 2

  3. Coriander leaves (fine chopped) : 1/2 cup

  4. Broccoli (fine chopped): 1 Cup

  5. Salt : To taste

  6. Black Pepper : 2 tsp

  7. Eggs : 6

  8. Oil : as required

RECIPE:
  • Mix all vegetables, Grease the Casserole Cups with Oil, put vegetables in Cups.

  • Beat Eggs with Salt and Pepper, pour on vegetables. Bake it in preheated Oven Toaster of 200c for 10-15 minutes.

  • Serve in breakfast or as a meal.
