BAKED VEGETABLE EGG CUPS

INGREDIENTS :
Tomatoes (fine chopped) : 2
Capsicum (fine chopped) : 2
Coriander leaves (fine chopped) : 1/2 cup
Broccoli (fine chopped): 1 Cup
Salt : To taste
Black Pepper : 2 tsp
Eggs : 6
Oil : as required
RECIPE:
Mix all vegetables, Grease the Casserole Cups with Oil, put vegetables in Cups.
Beat Eggs with Salt and Pepper, pour on vegetables. Bake it in preheated Oven Toaster of 200c for 10-15 minutes.
Serve in breakfast or as a meal.
