INGREDIENTS:
Eggs : 6
Onions : 2
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder : 2 tsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp
Oil : 1/2 Cup
Coriander Leaves (chopped) : 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp
RECIPE:
Hard boil Eggs then peel off it.
Blend Onions in little water to make thick puree.
Heat up Oil, add Onion puree & all spices,cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame then add 1 Glass of water.
Cook it for 10-15 minutes on slow flame.
In hot OIl little fry Eggs, keep it in curry and switch off the flame.
Dishout it, sprinkle Coriander leaves and Garam Masala.
Serve with Naans.
