ANDA CURRY


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Eggs : 6

  2. Onions : 2

  3. Salt : 1/2 tsp

  4. Red Chili Powder : 2 tsp

  5. Coriander Powder : 1 tsp

  6. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp

  7. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tsp

  8. Oil : 1/2 Cup

  9. Coriander Leaves (chopped) : 1 tbsp

  10. Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp


RECIPE:
  • Hard boil Eggs then peel off it.

  • Blend Onions in little water to make thick puree.

  • Heat up Oil, add Onion puree & all spices,cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame then add 1 Glass of water.

  • Cook it for 10-15 minutes on slow flame.

  • In hot OIl little fry Eggs, keep it in curry and switch off the flame.

  • Dishout it, sprinkle Coriander leaves and Garam Masala.

  • Serve with Naans.
