ACHARI FISH CURRY


INGREDIENTS :
  1. Fish (sliced) : 1 kg

  2. Salt : 1 tsp

  3. Red Chili Flakes : 2 tsp

  4. Red Chili Powder : 1/2 tsp

  5. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp

  6. Ginger Garlic paste : 2 tsp

  7. Oil : 1/2 Cup

  8. Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp

  9. coriander Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  10. Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp

  11. Funnel Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  12. Fenugreek Seed : 1/2 tsp

  13. Black Seeds : 1/2 tsp

  14. Yogurt : 1 Cup

  15. Coriander leaves (chopped) : 2 tbsp

  16. Gram Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp

  17. Fry Onion : 1/2 cup

RECIPE:

  • Heat up Oil, add all seeds, fry 1 minute.

  • Add all spices , Ginger Garlic Paste, mix well now add Fish Slices .

  • Pour beaten Yogurt, dry it water.

  • Add crushed fry onion, mix it.

  • Cook it on slow flame for just 10 minutes with 1/2 Glass of Water..

  • Sprinkle Coriander Leaves, Gram Masala.

  • Serve hot with Naan or Boiled Rice.
